Community Link Officer - Perinatal Equity
Location: SMEF offices and Remote Work (Guildford and Woking)
Salary: £25,800 plus 5% pension contribution.
Contract Type: 12 Month contract, Part time - 21 Hours a week, 3 days
Role Purpose : To plan and deliver weekly Baby Steps sessions and provide wraparound outreach support for ethnic minority women and families in the perinatal period. The postholder will create welcoming, non-judgemental space; support peer connection and reduce isolation while act as a trusted connector, supporting women to engage with mental health services, maternity care, and community resources through culturally safe, trauma-informed approaches.
