Role Purpose : The Membership and IT Admin Support Worker role is key in ensuring the smooth operation and support of both membership services and IT systems within the organisation. This position requires facilitating:

  • Membership administration, member inquiries, and maintaining an up-to-date and accurate membership database.

  • Providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting, resolving hardware and software issues, and assisting in the implementation of IT projects.

  • Diary management and administrative support to Chief Executive.

Role Purpose : The Community Development Worker role is key in delivering projects that support minoritised communities across Surrey. This position involves:

  • Community Engagement & Integration – Encouraging individuals from diverse backgrounds to connect through project activities, offering education, training, and awareness sessions to empower positive life changes.

  • Mental Health & Well-being Support – Providing personalised 1-2-1 support, building confidence and resilience, and ensuring access to resources that enhance job prospects, career growth, and overall well-being.

  • Identity & Awareness Initiatives – Engaging schools, parents, and teachers in meaningful conversations on identity and belonging, alongside organising large-scale community events to raise awareness and inspire positive change.
